Swedish furniture brand IKEA has set up a temporary lounge at Terminal 3 of the Paris, Charles de Gaulle airport, from July 13th to August 5th 2012. It is offering a completely free and unusual experience for travellers of this terminal: enjoy the waiting time in the boarding area while relaxing comfortably on a sofa, watching TV or resting in a good bed.
Holiday departures are often a source of stress and nervousness. To make the journey start already in the Airport, IKEA and its partners have designed a space of about 200m², where the whole family can relax. The area, made up of 9 rooms, (including one accessible to disabled persons), a living room and a specificchildren’s area, the “IKEA Lounge” welcomes all passengers.
